You’re looking for someone in Birmingham to upgrade, fix or even build your gaming pc but now you’ve noticed that there aren’t really reputable places with physical locations and those who have suspiciously good reviews don’t have a physical location..

You got all these pc parts that aren’t relatively cheap and the idea of giving them to someone becomes overwhelming.. but you know.. what’s the alternative?
Doing it yourself? — That’s out of the equation because what the hell do you know about building a pc….

So now you got here… and the store front on Google maps becomes a deal breaker so thinking in moving on but you’re checking reviews because who knows, maybe this can be it — Welp.. it is!

I cannot stress enough how much above-and-beyond the gent in here has been in regards my build. Not only smashing it within an afternoon but also priced it to what I genuinely believe to be a very competitive price. He still is offering support afterwords and it’s noticeable he takes pride on what he does.

So let this be your sign to give them a try and support your local economy.

Popped in earlier today as I thought I needed an Aux Cable, no prices by the products but the chap seen the £5 in my hands and automatically said it was £5, fair enough. The chap behind the counter was respectful and stated if any problems just pop back. I then returned to work to be told that the replacement will be done through the company I work for. That’s when the problem started, I returned back with the cable and received terrible customer service, he told me that there was a 30% re stock charge, and that was their terms and conditions! I stated that there’s no clear signage stating that and since I returned the product unused I wanted my money back. Reluctantly he gave me my money back when I mentioned trading and standards. Quite a pity really as I had other business regarding 2 computers and a monitor which need looking into, but I’ll take my business elsewhere now because of poor customer service and bad business practices by this company. To describe this company with one word it would be “Dodgy!”

I bought a iPad before from them it was a good iPad fully working till it needed a software update, did it and then it needed a iCloud. Which usually it isn’t a problem but then it had a completely different iCloud starting with a b. I took it back to them and they knew that I bought it from them they said they don’t know it as they buy it from a company so I couldn’t do anything about it, therefore I was down £110 and iPad. Me personally I wouldn’t recommend as there are better repair shops in bham. Although the man was respectful with me the whole time

It’s like you got a mate that knows computer. He’s friendly punctual and honest. I bring my laptop for window installation, this mate make it process faster when it comes back. It would be guilty to not recommend this guy

Took my PC to get an issue diagnosed, by the end of the day, it was diagnosed and repaired, and then tested for a very good amount of time. Service is amazing, the people, the prices are insanely good. Will always be my go to repair shop!
