What a pleasant star Dave is. Having arranged to visit me the day after my phone call to him, he quickly resolved the problems I had installing and deleting software on my new Win 11 laptop.
He then examined my other laptop which had a "fan not working" warning display. Dave took the laptop back to his base for closer inspection and then returned it the following day fixed. The fan had been removed, checked and cleaned. No new parts required.
Dave kept me informed of progress, and made a very reasonable charge for his services. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others. A good job well done quickly. Thank you Dave.

Dave responded to my phone call very quickly and visited the following day. (Nice not to have to pack the PC up and transport it to the repairers). The very slow PC has now speeded up due to Dave's deleting of unnecessary programmes and generally working his magic. And very reasonable rates, too. Thank you Dave.

David came out early Monday morning after I called him on Saturday morning for help with my ailing computer. He decided to take it away and had it back the next day running as good as new. I’m very happy with the service I received and can wholeheartedly recommend UR-I.T
