Absolutely fantastic experience with Craig at Vaughan Computers. I brought my PS5 into him that was badly damaged. He had taken this console into his hands with a lot of work to be done to repair it. A few weeks in, he phoned me and was transparent with me in regards to the nature of the work to be done. Initially, he said that he would struggle to get the parts in to repair it. We both decided for him to hold onto it a little longer with a slim hope of him getting the parts in and guess what...he did, and got the job done. It has been returned to me like it's a brand new PS5. He even got a deep ingrained scuff mark off the front of the console for me. All of this done for a much lower price than what a different engineer quoted at £170 - brilliant. I highly recommend Vaughan Computers for your repair choice.

It’s been a few weeks now since my laptop has been fixed by VC! Working away brilliantly - no issues at all. The original company I had bought it from had a complicated procedure for me to send it back, was more expensive, etc.! Would have taken longer … ‘Vaughan’ got mine fixed within 3-4 days. That time period was only because he had to order me a new charging cable …! Very, very reasonable price … would highly recommend! Thanks a lot mate …!

I bent my motherboard ram slot while placing it in. They diagnosed and checked the problem that night and fixed it by the next morning at a fair price. Ram speed and memory amount has worked perfect since.

Not many places like this computer repair shop. I need the right things to connect my laptop to my big monitor, plus I needed a new keyboard and mouse. Remember this shop has been here over 20 years, and I use to be a regular customer during my university days, when you could purchase 100 blank dvd-r discs for £20. Fantastic service from Craig (Owner) as always. I had liquid ingress and it needed a new motherboard + a couple of other bits including a
battery if needed. Agreed on a price for parts and labour and he stuck with that until today when he asked for extra £10.00 for work on the battery and, both him and his partner, spending all afternoon getting weird Microsoft stuff sorted so that I didn't lose any of my programs/data. Thanks again Craig

My laptop wouldnt turn on, i had only a flashing power light. So i Took my laptop to a random shop near work, where a guy kept my laptop for almost 3 days and still couldnt fix it. A freind on mine recomended Vaughan Computers. I popped in, showed and explained the problem, Craig (the owner) new exactly what was wrong with it! It was fixed and ready to use the next day! No documents etc were lost either.
