The repair work on our Model 3 is flawless - it looks as good as new!

Insurance company arranged for the car to be repaired by Veetec Aldershot, who kindly arranged to have the car collected (and returned after repairs).
Greate Communication - Ali kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process (via bi-weekly calls) and advised me of any delays (mostly stock issues from Tesla). They took the time to explain the repairs required, and time-frames of the works/repairs procedures.
After Care - They offer a 5Yr warranty on their works, which is brilliant! They even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was running smoothly.

A huge thank you to the team for such a positive experience and high-quality workmanship!

Extremely helpful and fast with communication. Happy with my car and the service received from start to end. Repairs was done within a week and had no trouble with delivery as Ali sorted it all out for me and has been extremely fast with email and call communication. Poor communication!!

My insurance company forwarded my details to them as the approved bodyshop, they called initially and after explaining my request for an auto courtesy car which was not available, they advised me they would call with a update the following week to arrange collection and NOTHING, called them again and spoke to a very unhelpful lady at Aldershot who clearly was not willing to look at availability for my Mercedes car to be collected.

Now in a position of calling my insurance company AGAIN to raise a complaint of Veetec's poor service and still no closer to getting my car inspected.

How have they got soo many good reviews if this is how they treat their clients

My Tesla Model Y was hit from behind and Churchill insurance called me to say that Veetec will be able to fix it. To be honest… I was hesitant to give my car here and not Tesla. However, from the moment the car was picked up I knew that these guys are a class apart. The driver who picked up and dropped the car was extremely professional. Every time I would call them for status update either Carla, or Ali would be extremely professional and give me a quick update. They also send you a link that you can access to see real time service completion status and most importantly, the car was fixed perfectly!

An excellent service from Veetec, by repairing my damaged Tesla in a very short timescale. The three "A's" (Ali, Amy & Alex) were excellent in their communication throughout the repair from the very beginning through to completion. Correspondence by phone & email as required & always left a message if my phone was not answered. The repair to the car was 5* & I am really pleased with all concerned. Added before & after photos. Many thanks to all concerned at Veetec.

Excellent service from the first phone call, a good rental car, I had to have an automatic, kept up to date throughout the repair process and a lovely follow up call today from Ali. From beginning to end, I cannot fault Veetec. My car was repaired and washed, it was great to have it back, a day sooner than originally expected.

There is nothing I can fault with the service received from Veetec in Aldershot. Communication from start to finish was exceptional; they were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - they kept me informed at every step. They arrived at the time they stated to pick the car up and called me half an hour before dropping back. Most importantly, I got my Tesla back in immaculate condition!

In the nicest way possible I hope I don't have to use them again; but if I did i would happily trust my Tesla in their hands!

Very poor service . My insurance company choose Veetec to repair the car and they did a poor service. Didn't replace the back light ( pointed out before repair) even though they said they did . Done a poor paint job on the back panel ( photo attached). Left marks on the boot lead . Service manager Bart was obnoxious.and had a poor manner . Done a wrong investigation about the third row seat which made me to take my car to Tesla service centre who fixed the issue not Veetec . I had to spoiled a day to do so. When I pointed out these issues they have sorted out them on the second time .
Also , let me down two occasions by cancelling the collections and again ruined my two days by just waiting for them . One of them I had to chase them about the collection as I was waiting.
Veetec provided a curtsey car during the second repair by themselves which resulted me spending money on fuel as my car has a free super charging. If Veetec could repair the car on first time I wouldn't be out of pocket . Can not justify the fact that as a customer why I had to spend money for their wrong doing . They also messed up the delivery date when I mentioned that I needed the car back by the 23rd to travel to Europe . Veetec agreed to deliver the car before the 23rd . Keeping their bad reputation, they booked the car on 23rd, which, once again, I had to push to change the date . Finally they managed to deliver the car on the 22nd of December.
The only positive part is that the delivery service representative Ali was polite and tried to cover all these shortfalls.
Overall, a nightmare service from Veetec. Not trustworthy and unreliable. They need to step up their services and repairs to gain trust from customers. I hope these feedbacks goes to their higher level of management / owner to rectify their shortfalls.
