There are certain people you meet and you know straight away they’re at the top of their game. I went to Viva to have my watch strap resized and a new battery put in. The strap was resized in minutes. Upon opening the back of the watch there were slight signs of rust. There was no hesitation in Viva having that cleaned up, as well as the glass cleaned from the inside and put back together perfectly with a new battery. All under guarantee. Everything now fits and works as it did when it was first bought. All for a good price. A truly professional and friendly service that I can not recommend enough. I will definitely be back. A superb, professional and friendly service from Cameron and his team. Cameron was able to replace the battery in my watch and to provide the necessary resealing and pressure test. The manufacturer had quoted me 6 weeks to do the same. Cameron was able to do this over 24 hours for me, and at a much reduced cost also. I can't recommend Viva and Cameron enough. Thank you.

Cameron is a gentleman! Very responsible, super kind and friendly. He managed to fix and service my old 1974 vintage Rolex making it look nearly as new, but more importantly, is now fully functional and all parts were replaced with genuine Rolex parts. I fully recommend Cameron!
