I recently had my laptop repaired by Tenzy team.
I was quite distressed because I broke the screen and was worried I will have to buy new laptop, but they assured me that the damage can easily be repaired. And indeed, I had my laptop back the next day and it looks like new – very swift and trustworthy team.
I even got 10% off printer cartridges when I shop with them next time, which is great!

I can't believe my eyes when I'm reading all those positive reviews. Are you sure we all were in the same shop? I brought them a laptop for repair almost 3 months ago . Since then nothing has been done, the only things I've noticed was absolutely zero communication with me and unbelievable level of uselessness. Until this day they are still retaining my property with no explanation as they don't bother to communicate with me at all. The first day I came in and brought them my laptop for repair there was a guy sitting behind the desk who was really arrogant and didn't seem happy at all that he had to deal with a customer. He basically didn't even bother looking at me when I was describing him the fault and then literally told me to go away and come next week when the rapairing guy is there. So they opened almost two hours later than they should (yes, instead of 9:30 they opened after 11 o'clock) and didn't even have the repairman there. What the hell? Why did they bother opening that day anyway When I came the next week the repairman was finally there. He seemed quite friendly, told me what the problem could be, I paid a lot of money in advance and was told the laptop will be repaired in 8 (!!!) working days and that they will inform me by SMS (till this day I've not received one single message or call from them) about some possible additional charges and when to pick up the laptop. Nothing was happening for another month. When I went there to see what was going on they told me they had a wrong number so they couldn't text me and that my laptop is still in the workshop. So I gave them the number again and they promised they will let me know asap. Nothing was happening again for a couple of weeks so I went back there and they told me that they couldn't repair it as the fault was bigger than it looked at first, and they couldn't let me know because THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY NUMBER!!! At this point I wasn't sure if the guy was kidding me or if it was for real. How the hell is it possible that a professional PC repairing place is able to lost a contact on its costomers TWICE in a row? So I gave them the number again and they told me they will let me know when the laptop is ready for me to pick it up. It's been a month again and no phone call, no SMS, no nothing from them. They cost me plenty of time, lot of money and what is the result NO JOB DONE AT ALL!!! Avoid this place like a PLAGUE!!!!!!

My iPad Air with a shattered screen was dropped off for repair at 1.30pm, and delivered back to me at home, in perfect condition, by 6.45pm the same day. Highly recommend.

They don't repair Laptops. They are keen only on selling assembled stuff and accessories. Didn't even know how to handle a damaged Laptop. The guy made it worse. Very reluctant response too.

Tenzy are brilliant, the complete opposite of visiting PC world. They know what they are talking about, take the time to explain and understand that quality of product and customer care. Why buy a PC or get an upgrade anywhere else!
