Excellent service with a smile and expertly completed within an hour of dropping off. Brilliant price and service. I recommend this place for anyone needs help with their watch whatever make. I took my Raymond Weil watch and the man repaired it in no time at all. When i took it a high end store they were going to charge 10 times the cost and over 10 weeks to complete.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

Summary: 4 months of delays, an outrageous price, and terrible service.

After being enticed by their 4.8-star rating on Google, I took my watch to get a leather strap replaced. What a mistake...

26/11/2024: I dropped off my watch, and the staff member said I’d be contacted the next day for a quote and that the repair would take less than a week.

03/12/2024: Still no updates, so I decided to reach out. The response was: “Don’t worry, I’ll handle this, and I’ll contact you tomorrow.” Of course, no one contacted me.

09/01/2025: After waiting long enough, I decide to return to the store in person to find out what is happening. The person working that day tells me I have two options for the strap, and I ask to see both. He promises that someone will send me photos by email the next day, and that a £60 deposit will be required to order the parts. I offer to pay the deposit immediately to make things easier once I’ve made my choice the following day, and I leave with my deposit receipt and yet another response: “Don’t worry, I’ll handle this, and I’ll contact you tomorrow.”

10/01/2025: I did receive the email, but I missed it because it went to my spam folder (my bad).

13/01/2025: Frustrated, I went back to the shop again for an update. The same response: “Don’t worry, I’ll handle this, and I’ll contact you tomorrow.” Apparently, even the person working that day wasn’t aware of the emails being sent. And once again, I left with the same response.

10/02/2025: Reaching the end of my patience, I decide to go one last time to the shop to retrieve my watch and my deposit, since nothing has been ordered as I hadn’t approved anything. The person working that day responds: “Sorry, I can’t return your watch, it has already gone for repair.” For repair? I never approved either of the two options, so logically, no parts should have been ordered, yet my watch is already being repaired? Frustrated, I agree to return the next day as suggested to pick up my watch when it’s back, and I leave my bank details for the deposit refund, as requested by the person working that day, who assured me the refund would arrive the next day.

Very dissatisfied with the situation, I emailed the management summarizing everything. The response I received the same day was as follows: "Please note that the advance payment was to cover the cost of ordering parts, which is non-refundable. However, due to the delays, we are happy to offer a discount on the genuine Diesel brown leather strap and battery replacement, reducing the total cost from £135.00 to £100.00, with a remaining payment of £40.00."

Apparently, the parts had already been ordered, even though I never approved which one I wanted, nor did I give any consent for either option. Why were two parts ordered in the first place? Now my deposit is being held hostage and went from “refunded the next day” to “non-refundable,” because they made the decision to order the parts without my consent.

Feeling that I had no choice, I reluctantly accepted their offer of a £35 discount for four months of delays, a stolen deposit, and a level of unprofessionalism I have never experienced before.
To top it off, I had gotten a quote for the same repair from one of their competitors, who offered the strap for £40, and I even found it online for £35.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I let you guess how disappointed I am by this experience. I hope no one else has to go through this.

As others have said - Very Bad

I dropped off a watch in October 2024 for diagnosis of a sticking second hand. I was advised that the watch needed a full service and would be ready in 4-6 weeks. It is now March 2025 and I am yet to get the watch back.

There are no updates given by the company so you have to call for updates, I have been told on multiple occasions that parts were being delivered or work was being carried out and the watch would be available soon.

Finally, after calling again, I was told that the watch is ready for collection and I said I would collect it the next day. When I arrived at the shop, after much searching I was told that the manager had taken it the evening before for reasons unknown and I would receive a text message with further information. I have very little confidence that this will happen.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews before taking my watch here.

Very poor service, the staff is keep lying, It has been more than a month... I still do not know where my watch is as this watch is as i just ask for a quotation ... this watch is my grandma s last gift for me...

24th of Oct - I send my watch there to ask for a quotation for service. The staff there was telling me it will take few days to get the quotation back and if i don't want the service then they will send my watch back in few days.

25th of Oct - I received a quotation by message, it was expensive so i decided to not get my watch serviced there.

30th of Oct - I call to the shop to ask when i can get my watch back, and this is the beginning of the drama... the staff was telling me i can get my watch back on the next Monday (1st of Nov). I said ok, I will wait for you message on Monday then.

1st of Nov - No message at all.

05 of Nov - I called the shop, they said they are short of staff, but they promised again, the watch will be ready to pick up either on 8th of Nov or 13th of Nov.

8th of Nov - No message at all.

13th of Nov - called them no answer then I actually went there, the staff continue keep promising said to me the watch will defiantly ready on Friday 15th of Nov, they are short of staff...blabla...

15th of Nov - No message, I called them, they continue told me the same promise, and he said the staff will be back in 3 days. I will get my watch by the following week.

28th of Nov - Still have not heard from them. I do not even know if i can get my watch back or not, it is a valuable watch both in physical and mental for me which is Swiss made and mechanical the case is made by 18ct solid gold.

I will wait for another week, then i will contact the GOV Citizens advise to report them.

I brought two watches in for repair in July 2024, one for a battery replacement and one for a full service as the watch had stopped working.
Upon receiving both watches back they failed with one week.
The full service watch cost me 222£ which is a lot of money for the item to fail after 1 week. Managements response was to offer me a discount on additional services if 75£ in order to service the watch again which feels like a scamy behaviour when the repair was so expensive to start with.

I gave them another shot with my other watch, but it turns out that one is broken as well. I didn’t want to pay them to repair it as it seems like both of my watches have not faired well in their care. It took them so long to reply to me that I no longer live in London and can’t pick my watch up. I have emailed management multiple times asking them to post the broken watch to me but have received no replies:

I just had a very pleasant experience at the shop. I had to change the original strap on my Moonswatch with the new release strap made by Swatch. The young gentleman that was there change it very quickly and didn't even charge me for that. I have use the shop before to repair the dial on my Hydroconquest. They are very good and very well recommended by previous customers.

Astonishingly Poor

Went in with a necklace to be repaired having read good reviews online. Clasp had broken so just needed replacing. A simple enough job. Or so I thought.

Having handed it over, I was then informed it would be ‘sent away’ to be fixed. A few messages exchanged with concern about exactly where my necklace now was and if I would ever see it again, over a MONTH later, I finally received a message that I could collect my necklace at last.

On collection, I was bitterly disappointed. My once dainty clasp had been hacked off and usurped by a much larger lump of metal, not to mention incredibly stiff. Oh, and old and worn.

Still, for a cheap price they had fixed the problem and I was prepared to overlook the ugliness (who sees the clasp anyway).
Not 24 hours after collecting, the necklace broke away from my neck as I was walking, not even touching it. Thankfully I was at home and it was not lost on the street.

What a ridiculous ordeal and not something I wish to repeat. Safe to say I will not be using this service for the further repair now required, thanks to the shoddy job that has been done.
