A disaster when your phone dies just before Christmas and you're going away. Was stressing, no banking etc. I was warned my phone may not be repairable and would take several days. I was loaned a phone, which due to back ups was like my own. Sadly, returning from our break, I knew my phone couldn't be fixed but I purchased the phone I'd been loaned. Very smooth and easy.
