We Fix came up in a Google search while looking for a place locally that could fix a PS5 (display failure).
Their excellent reviews persuaded me that this might be my best choice - and I was right! The team were friendly right from the initial phone call, reassuring when I took the device in and gave me an estimated fix time of 48hrs (which in my books is super quick!)
Kian kept in touch throughout as it wasn't just a straight forward HDMI port replacement.
The cost for all the testing of the various components that the team did, and the replacement of the faulty part was very reasonable indeed.
As others have commented, the team's customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend them.

I've used We Fix Bedford for my HP laptop twice.
Both times they've been able to quickly and efficiently fix my laptop.
First was a battery that had begun to bulge which was fixed within the hour. (The battery needed to be ordered but once it has arrived I was able to drop off and pick up in an hour.)
The second time when the touchscreen on the laptop began to come loose and it caused by a hinge issue HP laptops have. Fixed the next day, no need to replace the screen.
If I had asked HP to repair (both issues caused by design flaws) it would have been almost more expensive and meant sending my laptop off to a repair centre just for an idea of how much it would cost me.
I really recommend these guys, they communicate well and are upfront about costs and what they need to do. Twice they've been able to repair to 100% satisfaction, and I would definitely use them for any issues I have with any of my devices.

I took my computer here to fix the broken screen, they kept my laptop for a day saying they had a used screen to replace it with, however the next day they said they did not and they had to order a new one. Ordered a new screen, but apparently it was broken by the delivery while it had been wrapped on a fragile box. The next day I went for the laptop even though they were open and the person was inside their door was locked which seemed very weird as if they were working on smth they did not want to get interrupted from (?). More than two weeks later and still no screen while they had said the screen will be there the next day. This felt like an intentional delay. Apart from that the back of my laptop where the mother board is, seemed to had been opened and this made me have concerns of them having broken into my laptop so I have concerns of privacy issues. This whole situation seemed very dodgy to me and because of it they did not seem very trustworthy so I wouldn't use them again.
Amended from here onwards: Hi there, adding here to your response. I brought my laptop to you on 10/09 according to the receipt of the deposit and took it back 21/09. That's 12 days and not 6. Also, the first day you kept my laptop and the next day i arrived to taken it back as advised it was kot ready. I wasn't infront of you when you were checking it, only when you were putting it back together to give it to me and I took it back because it was going to be a long wait. Both times for the new screen, you mentioned that it needs one day but then it took a lot more than that.

We had a major problem with our digital shower controller. A broken power switch. A replacement unit would have been £250. A call to “We Fix Bedford”, “bring it along…” He re-soldered the switch and tested it. Working fine. 10 minutes! Excellent service, excellent price. They do what they say on the door, they fix things. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier.
After being messed around by a different repair shop, the kindness and simplicity of this experience was exactly what I needed.

I brought in my laptop for a screen repair, got speedily quoted what I deemed a fair price, and got it fixed perfectly for collection two days later. All of this was carried out by a very polite but professional employee who provided some of the best customer support I've ever encountered!

I will be certainly returning if I ever need another repair.
