My daughter's phone was stolen and within a day Abdul was not only able to help us with a new phone at an amazing price he also helped us with so many accessories. He also gave my daughter some great advice on how to safeguard her phone. Extremely helpful and very kind. It's not often we come across genuine customer care but Abdul was so helpful in every way. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel better after our awful experience. She walked out with a big smile on her face. Pop in to his branch in Botley or any of his other shops in Oxford.

Had a great experience with Wefix & Trade in Botley. Abdul was super helpful when I needed some documents printed because my printer wasn’t working at home. He went out of his way to assist me. He also helped my brother sell his phone, which was a smooth process. Great service and a really nice guy—highly recommend!

I’ve been using them for years now for repairs, parts & recently a new phone. They have a good range of products, both new and reconditioned laptops, tablets, phones and peripherals and prices are reasonable. Abdul always welcomes you pleasantly. He’s knowledgeable and provides good advice. The repairs are good and quick. There’s also a reasonable warranty on items bought. I’d highly recommend them.

Adbul was so helpful and fixed the issue with my laptop camera instantly., and was extremely professional, polite and willing to help. Excellent efficient service and great value for money. Abdul is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gives lots of free advice and guidance. We have recently had a new screen and new battery to a MacBook Pro and a new speaker put in a Samsung phone. This has saved us buying new devices and helps us to be environmentally friendly as we are keeping our current devices working for longer. Win win!!

I have just been served by Abdul at We Fix and Trade. We had a connectivity problem with a phone for a vulnerable person. He took time , patiently went through options and fixed it, just updating date and time. No other shop saw this was the problem. Furthermore he didn't charge me! This is excellent service and I highly recommend him and this store to anyone!

I was served by Abdul today. Once again I was impressed at the speed he fixed the issue on my computer. I was in the shop first just 10 minutes and left with a fully functional camera having spent many hours over several days to fix it. Abdul is straight forward and does business with integrity. Highly Recommended
