Disappointed they wouldn't exchange 60mm nails purchased in error for 50mm nails because it was outside of their returns date. Was happy to accept re-stocking charge, but 'computer says no'. Not really very helpful.

Recently their star counter assistant retired......so bad they started a pre order only service......four people came in a d left while they were off picking our order.......a disaster that they haven't realized yet........ Local trade made them and as it leaves them they will fold.......what a disaster for a previous five star firm

My reason for visiting was to drop off some tools for repair. The person who served me came to me very quickly and was polite and professional, unfortunately they informed me WF no longer offer this service, however a 5 star is still needed for their helpful and professional advise
