Been too busy playing, keep forgetting to give credit where it’s due. Everyone blown away at the transformation. Customer service 10/10 - Warren really passionate about his work and enjoyed giving the full breakdown and steps taken with pictures. The port was repaired previously by other so called professionals but now Im confident this is a permanent fix. I recommend you use the online ticket system, turnaround would be quicker. My item was ready in 24/48 hours. Slightly more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. I’ve recommended you to someone today.

Warren did an incredible job, not only did he repair my two PS5 controllers that had an awful stick drift, he also managed to bring back to life our 13 year old laptop after a different repair shop said they couldn't fix it.
