Wished I had found this place a month ago!

They really do want to help you sort out any issues with your devices. They have a "can-do" attitude. These guys Ordered & Replaced my Note 10 Lite screen & battery in less than 24 hours.

I had been waiting 2 weeks for this type of repair with a Samsung backed 'reputable' repairer who had no idea about customer service & who continually cancelled on me.

Go here first and I believe if you had any further issues then you could just return and get assistance. They value their reputation and your satisfaction.
