Convenient and 9 times out of 10 has what I need without me having to travel further afield to other stores.
Only criticism would be the complete lack of personality from the check out staff. I don't think one has ever smiled or (at least portrayed) they're happy to deal with you.
Other than that happy to keep on using them.

Easily found what I think I needed but wanted advice on paint and assistance picking up a heavy item. Only staff in sight was on checkout and although she gave limited advice didn't call another member of staff so ending up buying what I hope was suitable and another customer took it to the checkout and to my car!! Perhaps Wickes could cater better for elderly females not just young males probably from the building trade!

Not a nice experience at the tills today, my payment via gift card didn't scan & so the delightful till operator let me input the details manually & then had to share the secretly known expiry date that isn't written on the card in order to complete purchase. I would suggest that if you are not happy with your job then go & find another.
