I was really keen to go with Wickes for both a new bathroom and kitchen renovation. I called in advance and a lovely gentleman I spoke with arranged for someone else from the store to call me back. I found this person’s whole attitude to be really quite rude and dismissive during the whole conversation. At one point during the conversation, I asked what measures the fitters take to ensure they don’t accidentally damage other parts of the property when they’re working. I was basically told, in a nutshell, that if that happens, well that would unfortunate but it’s on me to rectify that. That in no way inspired confidence that they would do a decent job if they are that carefree and blasé in their attitude about causing collateral damage while they’re working. Wickes has now been completely ruled out for both my kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Went to the store on Sunday brought quite a few items.Staff were helpful however,I researched on the website that you can earn and redeem Nectar points.When I enquired about this was told that they don't award nectar points and that nectar is only available at Sainsburys a few doors away?
Please clarify this as I have spent over £500 with you in the last month or amnend your website.
