Generally a good store but the staff at the till could use some customer facing training. It had happened to us twice in a month that the staff at the till seemed bothered that we asked questions, once about stock availability and another about returns policy.

Very poor customer service, from the manager of all people! Long story short, make sure you check that what you purchase is not damaged or marked. If you try to take it back for a refund, they will state you damaged it and refuse to give a refund.

Wickes delivered all my items at the right time slot given the planter is strong for the little patio tree I ordered slabs gravel and weed membrane for home delivery the delivery Guy offered to place the items in the driveway close to my gate highly recommended Wickes for all garden

Absolutely appalling, unprofessional and disgusting " store " . The staff are rude. They have left a job not done with no toilet or running water which are basic requirements of living. The " customer service " agent laughed when speaking about it on the phone snd then was told " oh we will get you a portoloo tomorrow " so they clearly expect you to either not Need the toilet or go outside. They are a disgrace and do not recommend. They are slow installing and very unprofessional.
Don't even deserve 1 star but have to add one.
