You need to have a word with the girl that served me today, what a miserable person. She had her hands in her pockets, only took the one out cos she had to use the scanner, mumbled " do you need the receipt?"... did not crack one smile. Rude and unprofessional. My advice, if you're not happy in your work, I suggest get another job you will enjoy!

Visited the store on the way to South of Birmingham.
Home improvement products, services and advice for Trade & DIY. Find inspirational ideas, tips, tools and 'How To' guides to make your next project perfect. As they claimed that but sometimes hard to find some items. Like in electrical section I think they should have more products.
Found out some stores has more but honestly not enough. The one in Stirchley, well organized and tidy place, staff are friendly and helpful.

Yesterday, I had a disappointing experience at the till at 2:30 with a female staff member. She was unengaging, didn’t say please or thank you, and immediately went back to using her phone instead of acknowledging us. The situation was made worse when she gave my mum, who has arthritis and was taking a little longer to position her card on the card reader, an unimpressed look. This made my mum nervous and further impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, this has deterred us from returning to the store. I have already reported the incident to head office and am currently awaiting their response.

Ideal DIY warehouse for building items they stock a wide range off tools gardening items kitchen showers etc etc reasonably priced and is open till 8pm week days give them a try the staff are helpful if they can-- it's disability friendly and at ground level with disabled parking👍👍

I don’t believe staff rapport is at an exceptional level as it should be. I arrived yesterday in the parking bays to click and collect to which the function wasn’t working correctly. I went into store and explained the situation - by requesting that someone honours that and takes it to my car. The woman didn’t seem to want to bother and needed prompting from another member of staff; and despite making brief conversation to say how appreciative I was, unfortunately I was met with a cold demeanour so it was obviously too much trouble for her.
