I've been coming here for years. Great, helpful staff and a good range for a medium sized store. Way better than B&Q. Today I had to return a kitchen sink i bought online and the two people at returns were super helpful, then Jenny in Kitchen and Bathrooms helped me choose a suitably sized replacement unit. 5* !!

I have rated 2 stars as I like my kitchen. The design stage up to having to pay, full amount, went smoothly then it went downhill. The first fitter measured and as we found out later wrongly. For whatever reason he did not return to fit the kitchen. The second fitter did not find out the measurement flaw until near the end. It took from 3rd June to 2nd August to completely finish. During this time we were never able to reach our designated customer service person. When we did she blamed the fitter. We officially complained and this person blamed the customer services person. When the fitter eventually came to complete he blamed Wickes and their paperwork. Will not use Wickes ever again and will not recommend.

Very disappointed with their design service.
The person that came to my house seemed to be very confident, profesional and knowledgeable. After listening to what I wanted to archive, I’ve showed lots of photos, ideas and explained very well the look I was going for with my bathroom. I even told the person “ Do you want me to send some photos to your email so you remember the look I’m going for ?” The person said no, I know exactly what you want.
The design I’ve receive to my email was beyond disappointing. A dull, not modern bathroom without any of the things I’ve mentioned in the appointment. Really think and 8 year old with an iPad could have done a better job.
