Very helpful. I needed a new battery for my laptop and was advised that I could buy myself and change as very easy to do. Also offered to help me swap it if needed. Could have easily charged me for doing this. I will go there for all repairs in future.

Very rude staff. Over phone they mentioned they will do the laptop screen replacement job right in front of me as its 10mins for them. Upon arrival, they refused and being rude saying that I can’t watch over them. I can’t leave original parts of my laptop being replaced by them. Cheats.

I have taken both mine and my daughters phone here to be fixed. Fantastic customer service, extremely helpful and superb service on both phones. They even dropped my phone off for me later in the evening. Prices was both less than originally quoted. I will certainly be recommending them to other people. Thanks guys 😊

My android phone wouldn't switch on and I was expecting a hefty bill to repair it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and I left my phone with them to repair. Within 3 days it was fixed. When I collected it they showed me how to back up my phone and how to get the best from the features on my phone. It was very reasonable price too. I would recommend going to WiiFix anytime you have a problem as they could save you a lot of money, particularly if like me, you are thinking you might have to buy a new phone because the current one's not working. I would recommend you visit WiiFix first.

Needed a charger for a very old phone, and they went out of their way to find me one.
Went back at couple of weeks later for a case and blue tooth headset for my new phone. Sorted out really quickly and to my satisfaction. Recommended it to friends and they've all come away happy. 🙂
