Would leave 6 stars if possible. Graphics card fault identified in under 12 hours, the boss GAVE me a free graphics card to tide me over and refused to take payment for diagnostics OR the card. Unreal customer service.

I spent yesterday building my grandsons first pc. I was missing a couple of PSU cables/adapters and a bit of advice. Having visited Wizard Computers today, I have to say they were fantastic. Wow! What a brilliant company! Me and my Wife's Gaming Computer suddenly wouldn't power up at all. We didn't know the extended warranty had expired with Currys. We dropped the computer off at Wizard Computers last thing on Monday, had it repaired and picked it up Thursday morning. All for £48!
No doubt if Currys had agreed to fix it at a cost, they would have charged us substantially more and it probably would have taken at least a week because their repair centre is miles away in Newark.
