Dwayne has been amazing. My underfloor heating wasn’t working and he was able to figure out the cause and fix it as well as the leaking that had started. He replied so quickly and always arranged a time to come even when he had to keep coming back. Highly recommend this team for their responsiveness and ability.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! They are a SCAM and won't return our deposit even though they did no work on our heating system!!
Whatever you do, find another company. We contracted them to fix our underfloor heating, they said they could repair it and asked for a deposit for materials and to book them. When Wayne arrived it was clear he didn't know what he was doing, he spent no time on the system but kept going out for more and more things even though he supposedly had ordered parts prior. Not only did they never do any work on our heating system, they actually damaged it. We asked for our money back and now they are ghosting us!!

Had major issues with a underfloor and central heating system. Literally no one would touch it! Dwayne came out fixed the system and now works great. Explained to me as he did things and really nice guy. Polite and put my mind at rest!

I came across Wizfix during my search looking for someone to install my steam shower. Dwaine was meticulous in his approach. He took the lead in speaking with the technical team in trying to sort out the issues, which turned out to be a fault in the manufacturing and came back again (at no charge) to finally fix everything with the new parts. I am impressed with the care and respect he took for my home.

If you want your new equipment to be destroyed, just reach to this company. We contact them for the installation of a brand new washing machine and that was the worst desicion ever.

After getting the refund of the machine, they refused to return the money for the installation wich is £130 (too expensive) and the money from the guarantee £80

I don't recomend this place at all, avoid yourself a headache.

The lack of professionalism of this company is unbeliable they wanted to send the same person who destroyed the machine to install the new one, instead of returning our money.. There is cheaper companys out there, with real profesionals, they deserve 0 starts, but google won't allow me..

Dwayne at WizFix is nothing short of Superb. A lot of plumbers turn up and give you more problems, but WizFix solve problems. Dwayne has a magnificent ‘Can Do’ attitude, no messing about. I would recommend WizFix to anyone.
