Great service from Wrexham Apple repairs. We took my son’s iPad in for a new housing. The housing arrived the next day and the iPad was repaired the same day. My iPhone lightning port was playing up. Watched a few You Tube videos on how to clean but sadly problem remained.
Took my phone to Jamie at Wxm Apple repairs with the expectation of a big bill for a new charging port. Nope 5 minutes and Jamie has sorted it all for £5. Absolutely made up, not just with the service but the 100% genuine and totally honest approach. Jamie could have easily told me “£80, you need a new charger port”, nope honest fella who I can highly recommend

Popped in this morning as I thought my charging port had broken. I was happy to find out it only needing cleaning saving me 55 pounds. A lot of phone shops would have said it was damaged in order to charge me more money. Not here, 5 minutes later I was out of the door with my phone working like new. Fantastic service. Lovely people. Great service! Very friendly, and the engineer was prompt and efficient, and an expert at what he was doing. I was extremely impressed, and the work I had done was great value too. They fixed my phone and made it feel good as new again. Will be going back again for sure.

A word of advice, ensure you ask about warranty on your repair. I paid £160 to replace an iPhone screen which became faulty after 8 and a half months or so, and when I took it back they confirmed it was the screen that was faulty, but would only replace at a charge. I personally think at such a price, they should have 12 months warranty. I would not do business here again.
