Took my gilet to be repaired eventually after chasing around for almost 4 months I got my gilet back, the repair isn’t the best I think I could of done better myself, the service and communication is very poor I honestly would not recommend Arnold Alts to anyone STAY CLEAR AND GO ELSE WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Took my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses in for alterations months before my wedding hoping to have them back completed early. I ended up having to chase her weekly for 2 months before I finally got them back (in total she had my dress for 5 months).

When I tried on my wedding dress she had not touched 2 of the layers or done any extra things I asked for (fix the belt/take it in/change the wrist hoop etc). After the stress of trying to collect it for so long I decided to take it elsewhere to be finished. The lady I took it to had to redo it all anyway as even the parts she took up were not correct.

Big waste of money and I will not be recommending or using this place again.

Hi Charlotte was very helpful in sorting out my patches for me I needed sewing on to my leather waistcoat.
Contact was good great communication at all times very pleased with the Results and the price nothing was too much Trouble.

I have tried to call all this afternoon without any response and it is so fustastrating say the least. My boyfriend come to collect my dress but they were shut. The steps are too steep.

Had several items shortened. Shoddy work using poor technique for hems. Ruined a dress as left the hem uneven by an inch!! Claims hem must have originally been uneven and could show me the off cut. Did not produce this "evidence" and again shows poor skill in her trade if doesn't check before cutting. Correcting the wonky hem has now left the dress very short. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had my leather jacket shoulders narrowed - a job which many other alteration shops had refused to do as it is complicated. Took on the work and did a fantastic job.
