The shopkeeper is very nice and friendly, but I used his service twice and unfortunately both times it was a waste of money.

About two years ago my Samsung tablet stopped charging (port damaged by kids), and I brought it for repair. After repair the tablet was charging but only for about a week. Then, I brought it back, and aparently it was charging with charger at Zak Mobile, but not with any of my chargers which work perfectly fine with other Samsung phones and tablets. I never understood what was that but I could not use the tablet anymore, so it was a waste of money for me. I didnt want to spend even more on repairs and bought a new tablet instead.

Two weeks ago again a different Samsung tablet not charging anymore. Brought for repair again, upon repair it works but only for about a week... I brought it back and it os not charging upon testing at the shop too. I am told there is no warranty on charging port repairs and since it was working upon repair, the shop does not have any further liability.

Overall, my experience is that charging ports fitted at this shop do not last more than a week although original charging ports lasted for years. I do not know what is the reason but might be poor quality parts.

Avoid at all cost pay the extra elsewere or you will regret it. Samsung s21 screen comes with no warranty, screen overheats, they left glue all around my phone and they left dirt or glue under my front camera so there is dark patches when using the front camera or facetime etc. Edit added photos to show glue all around my phone the back was not replaced only the front screen and it's not even on properly there is a gap around the case -5⭐️ still avoid this place👍

Lovely guy who runs the shop.
Needed an emergency iphone11 screen replacement for my fiancé. Walked in and he was able to do it in just over half an hour. Very friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I have waited for a couple of weeks to make sure that the repair was successful before I put the review.
Zak was easy to contact before stopping by at his shop, we discussed different options and reasons of my iphone battery issues. He changed my iphone battery easily, hassle free, I
left the mobile for an hour and came out with a working phone.
He is reasonable, fairly priced and reliable. He is honest and is aware of the repairs limitations.
I would definitely recommend him and would be back to him in the future if i ever needed a mobile fixed.

After my 13 year old dropped her IPhone (it had a protective cover and glass protector) she was absolutely distraught thinking her phone was broken.
Googled different phone shops and Zaks came up in the top 3 for phone repairs. I can see why!
Such a lovely man. Only 30 minutes to fix the LCD and very reasonable cost.

Absolutely amazing service. I went in on Friday afternoon with a broken screen. I am a self employed tree surgeon so without my phone I had no diary, no customers details and no way of contacting anyone. The lads in the shop were very helpful and even provided me with a phone to borrow whilst mine was being fixed. I collected my phone Friday evening and it was like new. Thank you. Highly recommended.
