Excellent service ! Communication with texts and phone calls was really useful. Gareth fixed my Miele washing machine and was very professional . He fully informed me about the problem & possible costings of the repair as he went along. It was obvious he had very good knowledge about the machine . I will definately call him again if any of my appliances have a problem & recommend him.

I would recommend Gareth without reservation. He is very personable with extensive product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. He quickly established the fault on my NEFF washing machine and immediately provided the required part to do the repair. I will definitely contact him again if I have any problems with other appliances.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I rang on Thursday evening & Gareth arrived at 10.15am the next morning to repair my washing machine.
